We take payments via subscription only, every month, 1st month. (12 equal payments to make the amount cheaper per month).
If your card fails on the 1st of the month, the payment will be retried on the 4th and 9th of the month. Should the payment still fail, a late payment fee of £5 will be added on as a covering payment for the next month.
Fees are non-refundable.
If your child decides to discontinue their class(es), we require 1 month's written notice AND one final full payment.
Classes may be cancelled at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances – we endeavour to make these up at a later date/ offer an alternative.
Dream Dance uniform is compulsory.
We have set uniforms for different genres which is outlined in the Uniform section of the Welcome Pack.
We advise that your child does not bring valuable items to classes, Dream Dance doesn't accept any liability for lost or damaged belongings.
Public parking is available, so no responsibility lies with Dream Dance for any damage to any vehicle.
No child will be allowed to leave the studio without a parent/guardian unless we have written consent.
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to update Dream Dance if any changes to the student's registration information.
Our classes are drop off and pick up only (apart from our designated Grown Up And Me classes).
To ensure safe dance practice, correct technique and supporting acro movements, physical contact will need to be taken place. If you are not happy for your child to be taught this way, please let us know in writing.
We do not tolerate any form of bullying.
